Tibetan snowcock

The Tetraogallus tibetanus (Tibetan snowcock ) is a least concern bird in the family of Phasianidae. This species is found in high-altitude regions of the Western Himalayas and the Tibetan Plateau. The Tibetan snowcock is quite similar, but Smaller than the Himalayan snowcock.

Descriptive notes

50–56 cm; male 1500–1750 g, female 1170–1600 g

This species is found in high-altitude regions of the Western Himalayas and the Tibetan Plateau.
